Healing and Relaxation through Japanese Energy Medicine
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique founded in zen tradition yet incorporates many different aspects of energywork from around the world. Reiki meditations are famous for world peace. Clinics in Japan have seen patients transform their illness and become healthy and teach reiki to others. It addresses the physical, spiritual, mental and emotional bodies. Reiki has a holistic healing approach that uses universal energy or life force energy to channel itself with intention for healing throughout the body and rejuvenate. Reiki addresses anything from anxiety, depression, stress, physical aches and pains to awakening and expansion. Reiki is famous in many cancer support and healing groups, many use it with their yoga practice, journaling, crafting, teaching, with animals. Reiki enhances the quality of life of everyone and everything around it, being only positive intention and awareness of our interconnectedness. Reiki, or life force energy, is inherent in all things and has an intelligence of its own. It can be transmuted across distances much like how we use crystals to power our computers.
Learning Reiki for Yourself
Learning Reiki for yourself, family, pets, and to open your own practice is a wonderful way to deepen your connection with the universe and your own intuition. Learning new techniques to heal yourself and finding a community to exchange and share can be such a transformative experience. We offer all levels of White Light and Karuna Reiki training. Courses can be conducted in person or online. Since I have been teaching Reiki it has been such an honor to see my students go through their own personal transformations and blossom.
